This is just a quick status update to let you all know where I'm at with my stories, since I figured you guys would be curious.
I've finished Chapter 30 to Ashikabi no Shinobi, prays be to The Log! Now all I need to do it revise it, tighten my grammar, and make sure its of the quality you guys have come to expect from me. I hate delivering sub-par work. Hopefully it will be up by Friday, but if not, I'll definitely be able to post it next Friday.
In other news, my book almost has an editor to do the copy editing for it.
If you're curious to know, copy-editing is basically language editing. The level of intervention that a book copy editor undertakes depends on the state of the material. Copy-editing varies in scope, from light editing to improve the odd clumsy sentence through to more comprehensive support to polish the text. All copy-editing is carried out using the Track Changes feature of Microsoft Word, which allows the author to accept or reject the editor's changes as preferred, thereby keeping control of the material.
Whelp, that's about all I have for you today. If you have any questions, comments, concerns, or you want me to discuss a specific subject in my Writing Tips section of the blog, let me know with a post.
